About The Nourished Mind
nourish (verb);
nour·ish
To provide food and nutrition to promote growth and health.
To nurture, support, sustain and maintain.
A well-nourished mind and body have the power to thrive. But nourishment goes far beyond what is on your plate.
True nourishment means honouring your thoughts and emotions, living in alignment with your values, and finding the things that make your soul sing.
Yet, for so many women, navigating hormonal imbalances, disordered eating, or reproductive challenges means facing a barrage of restrictive, overwhelming, and often triggering dietary advice that is far from nourishing.
At The Nourished Mind, we believe you do not have to wage a war against your body, track every calorie, or restrict entire food groups to achieve hormonal harmony. True health requires a peaceful relationship with food.
We provide compassionate, evidence-based nutrition support, anchored in the powerful intersection of women’s health, disordered eating recovery, and nutritional psychiatry. Whether you are looking to regulate your hormones, heal from a clinical eating disorder, or simply end the exhausting cycle of chronic dieting, we are here to help you find a sustainable, balanced path forward.
Meet Grace
Women’s Health & Eating Disorder Dietitian (APD, AN, CEDC)
Hi, I’m Grace (she/her).
I am an Accredited Practising Dietitian with a deep passion for helping women untangle the complex relationships between their hormones, their minds, and their plates.
I take an individualised, whole-person approach to nutrition therapy. Because chronic dieting, food anxiety, and body image distress so often overlap with hormonal and metabolic conditions, my extensive background as a Credentialed Eating Disorder Clinician (CEDC) is foundational to how I practice. I firmly believe we cannot successfully treat physical health concerns like PCOS/PMOS or period loss without fiercely protecting and nurturing your mental wellbeing and relationship with food.
My Clinical Framework & Expertise
Women’s health and eating disorders are highly complex, requiring nuanced, weight-inclusive care. My practice combines advanced clinical training with a non-diet framework to support you safely and effectively:
Eating Disorder Recovery: Certified expertise (CEDC) utilising the RAVES model. I provide dedicated, evidence-based treatment for Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, and OSFED informed by training in modalities like Family Based Therapy (FBT) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy - Guided Self-Help (CBT-GSH).
Women’s Health & Hormonal Support: Targeted nutrition therapy to manage PCOS/PMOS, endometriosis, and perimenopause, as well as helping women recover from Hypothalamic Amenorrhea (HA/period loss) caused by under-eating or over-exercising.
Nutritional Psychiatry: Utilising the emerging science of "food and mood" to optimise brain health, reduce symptoms of depression, support nervous system regulation, and improve overall mental wellbeing.
Whether you are trying to regain your period, manage insulin resistance, support your fertility or breastfeeding journey, or simply heal a long history of chronic dieting, you deserve care that treats you as a whole person - not a number on a scale.
Beyond the Clinic
When I’m not wearing my dietitian hat, I am a busy mum, an avid hiker, an aspiring yogi, and a dedicated brunch enthusiast. I am also an authorised Marriage Celebrant, so love, connection, and celebrating life's meaningful milestones are at the heart of everything I do.
